Rights To Suspend or Terminate
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any listing or use of the service immediately and without notice if:

- (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term
- (c) You have listed a suspicious item
- (d) We believe you to be a non-paying buyer/seller. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing(s) whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.
Your Conduct
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.
Membership
Membership to this web-site is only available to those you can form a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under 18) to register and we take proof of identity upon registration. If any member fails to sign-up with their correct age and proof of identity (ID) the account will be terminated immediately. Sellers on our website must subscribe to access the ability to publish items for sale. The subscription paid by the seller provides unlimited access to the site and the ability list items for sale. The subscription is based on a 3 month trial period of £25, then a recurring payment of £10 per month to maintain the access level to the site. Non-refundable. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your bank details, credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We do NOT retain any bank/card details of buyers following completion of purchase.

Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account at memberships@secretpassions.club. You may not create usernames of the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorisation, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Cancellation Policy
Sellers are free to cancel their subscription anytime they wish, you’re not tied into a long term contract, please contact us at cancellations@secretpassions.club. – If you pay your fee via bank transfer/standing order then you will have to cancel your recurring payments/standing orders yourself by logging into your bank account. We cannot cancel these payments, but your account and membership will be cancelled immediately. Please speak to us at Cancellations@secretpassions.club
Refund Policy
Except when required by law, paid membership fees for sellers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full refunds are available for customers ONLY, when a seller fails to complete an order. Once a seller has provided tracking details, NO REFUND will be issued to customers.
Recurring payments/membership fee’s that are not cancelled by seller are non-refundable. (see cancellation policy)
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service
